FCA Customer First Award For Excellence 2018

Launched in October 2015 by Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) US and J.D. Power, the Customer First Award for Excellence focuses on sales, employee training, facility condition & service experience. The 5 core “pillars” where Ramsey Chrysler Jeep Dodge was evaluated for this designation are:

  • Facility Certification showing a clean & comfortable environment being provided for customers
  • Performance Measures showing the highest levels of customer-oriented sales & service goals being achieved
  • Employee Surveys being completed to promote the voice of dealership employees & a customer-driven culture
  • Training Certification showing that the employees have received the highest level of required FCA-certified training
  • Process Validation showing certified sales & service processes that support excellence in customer handling
